Firefighters will monitor the prescribed burn during ignition and the following days until it is entirely out.We use prescribed fires to reduce overgrown vegetation and protect local communities, infrastructure, and natural resources from wildfires. Please drive carefully and stay alert, as firefighters may be along the roadsides in the area, ensuring your safety and theirs. Residents may experience smoke during the prescribed burns.
