Same permit day, two route ideas. Option A is South Kaibab descent with one night at Bright Angel area. Option B is North Kaibab to inner canyon camp with a next-day climb out. Current trail notes say: stone steps were dry by mid-morning but still rough on knees.. Any reason to favor one?
