Some guidance for anyone planning White Rim.
We went Shafer switchbacks into classic White Rim viewpoints starting at 6:00 AM dry air kept visibility sharp for most of the route traction stayed good, but dust built up after each vehicle group.
Key considerations: Break in boots at home.
Quick scores: overall=4, difficulty=5, views=5
Would do again in a heartbeat.
