Went minimal on White Rim. Here is what made the cut.
We went White Rim day segment from the Island in the Sky side starting at 4:45 AM dry air kept visibility sharp for most of the route. Traction stayed good, but dust built up after each vehicle group.
Gear that worked: Electrolytes, Tablets, Gloves, Soft flasks.
Extra water and shade layers mattered most out there.
Would do again in a heartbeat.
