Bright Angel Campground FKT attempt? Not quite, but moved well.
We went Bright Angel Trail down to Bright Angel Camp starting at 6:25 AM. Spring and fall offered best temperature range. Steep switchbacks require good pace management.
Worth every bit of effort.
