Sub-10lb kit on Bright Angel Campground.
We went Bright Angel Trail down to Bright Angel Camp starting at 5:10 AM. Spring and fall offered best temperature range. Water stations available on popular routes.
Gear that worked: Approach shoes, Gaiters, Buff, Trail runners.
Trekking poles saved knees on the descent.
10/10 would recommend.
