We went Full exploration of CBS w/ photography focus starting at 5:35 AM. Similar to North, but generally quieter. No maintained trail, navigation skills required.
Gear that worked: Electrolytes, Watch w/ altimeter, Filter.
Sun protection critical in exposed terrain.
TLDR: Wave at other hikers.
Take what is useful.
