We had been planning White Rim for months, and it finally happened.
We took White Rim day segment from the Island in the Sky side with 6 people. Started around 6:00 AM when sun was strong in exposed stretches by late morning. The trail road surface was hardpack with a few washboard sections. No reliable water access, full carry from the start.
TLDR: Trust the cairns.
