Fauna notes from La Verkin Creek Trail.
We went Kolob Canyons entry w/ overnight at creek starting at 6:50 AM. Fall colors added to the canyon experience. Well-defined trail w/ some creek crossings.
Wildlife/nature notes: Mountain lion signs present, normal precautions.
Days like this are why I hike.
