Trying to keep pack weight low, but I do not want to miss the one thing that matters. Notes mention: sticky shoes and quick-dry layers made the creek sections less annoying.. Route is Left Fork approach with a quick weather check at dawn.

My rule: keep one warm layer, one nav backup, and enough water capacity to handle a slow exit.
