Squeezed Grand Canyon Rim to River into a weekend.
We went South Kaibab descent w/ one night at Bright Angel area starting at 5:35 AM. Rim started cold and the canyon floor warmed up by late morning. Main corridor tread was firm and easy to follow all day.
Bottom line: Keep snacks accessible.
Do your homework first.
Tips
