Area knowledge dump for The Subway.
We went Out-and-back through Left Fork from Wildcat Canyon side starting at 4:45 AM. Wind stayed light, which made the river sections easier to handle. Footing was solid on the dry benches and a little slick near water lines.
Bottom line: Trust the cairns.
Would do again in a heartbeat.
