Fauna notes from White Rim.
We went Shafer switchbacks into classic White Rim viewpoints starting at 5:35 AM. Morning temps were cool and almost windless road surface was hardpack w/ a few washboard sections.
Wildlife/nature notes: Saw bighorn in the distance and lots of bird activity.
The kind of day that resets perspective.
