Fast The Subway today.
We went Left Fork trailhead to the lower Subway section starting at 5:35 AM. Cloud cover held until late morning and kept the slickrock from baking. Rock steps were stable, with a few muddy pockets by the creek.
Bottom line: Know the signs of altitude.
