Gear that made the difference on The Wave:
We went Wire Pass route w/ waypoint checks at major slickrock turns starting at 5:10 AM. Clear sky made timing simple and kept visibility high. Sand sections were soft but easy to follow w/ track lines.
Gear that worked: Hiking boots, Headlamp, Lighter.
Light gaiters helped keep sand out during the hike out.
Grateful for this one.
