The Subway has some interesting history.
We went Out-and-back through Left Fork from Wildcat Canyon side starting at 5:10 AM. Wind stayed light, which made the river sections easier to handle. Footing was solid on the dry benches and a little slick near water lines.
Preparation is everything.
