Kit breakdown from Grand Canyon Rim to River:
We went Bright Angel down to river camps w/ a South Kaibab exit starting at 5:10 AM rim started cold and the canyon floor warmed up by late morning. Stone steps were dry by mid-morning but still rough on knees.
Gear that worked: Electrolytes, Lip balm, First aid, Headlamp.
Sun shirt and electrolyte packets carried the second half of the day.
Miles are earned, not given.
