Local perspective on The Subway.
We went Left Fork approach with a quick weather check at dawn starting at 6:25 AM. Cloud cover held until late morning and kept the slickrock from baking. Route finding was straightforward if we stayed on cairns and creek turns.
Short version: Bring the rain layer even if clear.
