There are moments when the trail gives you exactly what you need.
We took Left Fork approach with a quick weather check at dawn with 5 people. Started around 4:45 AM when wind stayed light, which made the river sections easier to handle. The trail footing was solid on the dry benches and a little slick near water lines water depth changed by section but never forced a full stop.
