Out the door at 5:10 AM. The Wave sunrise session.
We went Classic out-and-back from Wire Pass before heat builds starting at 5:10 AM. Wind stayed mild and made exposed sections feel easier. Route markers lined up well, still worth checking maps often.
Light was best in the first two hrs.
Short version: Turnaround time is not negotiable.
