Some things to think about before Grand Canyon Rim to River.
We went Bright Angel down to river camps with a South Kaibab exit starting at 6:00 AM. Clear skies gave us big temperature swings between rim and river. Main corridor tread was firm and easy to follow all day.
Key considerations: Bring one extra liter.
Do your homework first.
