Microclimate notes from Grand Canyon Rim to River.
We went North Kaibab to inner canyon camp w/ a next-day climb out starting at 6:00 AM. Clear skies gave us big temp swings between rim and river. Stone steps were dry by mid-morning but still rough on knees.
Overall 4/5. Difficulty 4/5. Scenery 5/5.
