Plant observations along The Subway:
We went Left Fork approach with a quick weather check at dawn starting at 5:35 AM cool morning air helped us move fast before the canyon warmed up. Footing was solid on the dry benches and a little slick near water lines.
Wildlife/nature notes: Saw mule deer on the drive in, nothing aggressive on trail.
The boring prep stuff matters.
