Cultural notes from The Wave.
We went Wire Pass route with waypoint checks at major slickrock turns starting at 6:25 AM. Cold start turned into warm sun by mid-morning. Sand sections were soft but easy to follow with track lines.
Ratings: 4 overall, 3 difficulty, 4 scenery.
Bottom line: Be friendly at the trailhead.
Days like this are why I hike.
