The permit/parking/access details for Grand Canyon Rim to River.
We went North Kaibab to inner canyon camp with a next-day climb out starting at 4:45 AM. Rim started cold and the canyon floor warmed up by late morning. Stone steps were dry by mid-morning but still rough on knees.
Overall 4/5. Difficulty 4/5. Scenery 5/5.
Short version: Bring the rain layer even if clear.
