I have been coming here for years. Grand Canyon Rim to River update.
We went South Kaibab descent with one night at Bright Angel area starting at 6:25 AM. Wind on exposed ridges eased after sunrise and made pacing simple. Upper switchbacks held some icy patches before sun hit them.
Grateful for this one.
