Flora notes from the wave.
We went classic out-and-back from wire pass before heat builds starting at 6:25 am. Wind stayed mild and made exposed sections feel easier. Route markers lined up well, still worth checking maps often.
Wildlife/nature notes: one snake sighting far off trail, easy to avoid.
