I have been coming here for years. Grand Canyon Rim to River update. We went South Kaibab descent with one night at Bright Angel area starting at 5:10 AM. Wind on exposed ridges eased after sunrise and made pacing simple. Main corridor tread was firm and easy to follow all day. TLDR: Mark key waypoints. Preparation is everything.
