We went Wire Pass route with waypoint checks at major slickrock turns starting at 6:00 AM. Wind stayed mild and made exposed sections feel easier. Slickrock footing was solid where it stayed dry.
Soft overcast made for even exposure all day.
Days like this are why I hike.
