Grand Canyon Rim to River terrain assessment.
We went North Kaibab to inner canyon camp with a next-day climb out starting at 5:35 AM. Rim started cold and the canyon floor warmed up by late morning. Upper switchbacks held some icy patches before sun hit them.
Ratings: 5 overall, 4 difficulty, 4 scenery.
