I have wanted to do Grand Canyon Rim to River for years.
4:45 AM start with group of 5. The South Kaibab descent with one night at Bright Angel area route felt solid for conditions. Wind on exposed ridges eased after sunrise and made pacing simple.
Overall 4/5. Difficulty 5/5. Scenery 5/5.
