The Wave notes: mixed conditions

There is something about Vermilion Cliffs in February that just hits different. We took Classic out-and-back from Wire Pass before heat builds with group of 6. Started around 5:10 AM when wind stayed mild and made exposed sections feel easier. The trail route markers lined up well, still worth checking maps often.
