Okay so Grand Canyon Rim to River was really something.
We went North Kaibab to inner canyon camp with a next-day climb out starting at 6:25 AM. Clear skies gave us big temperature swings between rim and river. Stone steps were dry by mid-morning but still rough on knees.
TLDR: Count your miles.
Grateful for this one.
