Just got back from Big Bend Backcountry and had to write this down. We went Chisos Basin entry with East Rim side mileage starting at 6:50 AM. Dry air and steady sun meant layers changed fast after sunrise. Route stayed obvious, with minor wash marks in low spots. Overall 5/5. Difficulty 5/5. Scenery 4/5. Trust your prep.
