Running Big Bend Backcountry. Here is the beta.
We went Dodson and Blue Creek combo with a one-night camp starting at 6:50 AM. Wind on ridges was steady but never pushed us off pace. Tread was dry and clear with a few loose rock corners.
The boring prep stuff matters.
