Big Bend Backcountry FKT attempt? Not quite, but moved well.
We went Chisos Basin entry with East Rim side mileage starting at 5:35 AM. Cool morning temps made long exposed miles feel manageable route stayed obvious, with minor wash marks in low spots.
10/10 would recommend.
