Cannot believe I finally did Big Bend Backcountry!
We went Chisos Basin entry with East Rim side mileage starting at 4:45 AM. Cool morning temps made long exposed miles feel manageable. No major blowdown, just loose gravel in steep sections.
TLDR: Have a turnaround time.
Worth every bit of effort.
