Took the whole family to Big Bend Backcountry. We went Dodson and Blue Creek combo with a one-night camp starting at 6:00 AM. Dry air and steady sun meant layers changed fast after sunrise. No major blowdown, just loose gravel in steep sections. Bottom line: Sunglasses are not optional. Trust your prep.
