Took my time on Big Bend Backcountry. No rush. We went Chisos Basin entry w/ East Rim side mileage starting at 6:25 AM. Dry air and steady sun meant layers changed fast after sunrise. No major blowdown, just loose gravel in steep sections. Short version: Extra socks change everything. Already planning the next one.
