Big Bend Backcountry: no sugarcoating.
We went Chisos Basin entry with East Rim side mileage starting at 6:00 AM. Wind on ridges was steady but never pushed us off pace. Tread was dry and clear with a few loose rock corners.
Quick scores: overall=4, difficulty=5, views=5
Would do again in a heartbeat.
