Out the door at 5:10 AM big Bend Backcountry sunrise session.
We went Chisos Basin entry w/ East Rim side mileage starting at 5:10 AM wind on ridges was steady but never pushed us off pace. No major blowdown, just loose gravel in steep sections.
Light was best in the first two hrs.
Would do again in a heartbeat.
