I have wanted to do Big Bend Backcountry for years. We took Outer Mountain Loop sections from the Chisos side with solo started around 6:50 AM when cool morning temps made long exposed miles feel manageable the trail no major blowdown, just loose gravel in steep sections. Cache strategy helped us keep pack weight under control. 10/10 would recommend.
