Last updated: 2026-10-11 --- The type of incident is Wildfire and involves the following unit(s) Angeles National Forest. --- State: California --- Coordinates: Latitude: 34° 33 43 Longitude: 118° 24 7 --- NOTE: All fire perimeters and points are approximations. --- Incident Overview: Summary: The Bouquet Fire was discovered October 3, 2026 at 2:16 p.m. near Bouquet Canyon Rd, south of Bouquet Reservoir.The Bouquet fire is now at 100% containment.All Evacuation Orders are lifted as of 6:00 p.m. Oct 9, 2026.Rowher Flats OHV area is open as of 5:00 p.m. Oct 9, 2026.Drinkwater OHV area is open as of 4:00 p.m. Oct 12, 2026.Forest Service roads Saugus del Sur (6N18) and Quarry Rd (6N19) are open as of 4:00 p.m. Oct 12, 2026.The Angeles National Forest would like to thank the public for their support during this incident.Burned Area Emergency Response TeamA team of Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) specialists started working on the fire October 9, 2026 evaluating post-fire conditions and identifying immediate risks. The team includes engineers, hydrologists, archaeologists, and wildlife biologist who are assessing soil stability, watershed conditions, infrastructure damage, threats to natural and cultural resources, and other post-fire impacts.
