One day ahead. Recreation.gov lists the release for permit 4251908 as 8:00 a.m. MT one day in advance, so this is a next-day permit rather than something you lock in months out. Watch the day before your descent.

Does this permit cover the Fiery Furnace?

No, and the park says so directly on the booking page. Canyoneering or hiking in the Fiery Furnace needs its own Fiery Furnace permit for every person in the party, released at 8:00 a.m. MT seven days in advance.

How large a group can one Arches canyoneering permit cover?

Ten people on most routes, six in Lost and Found and MMI. A single group may hold up to three permits per day.

Which routes does the Arches canyoneering permit list?
