For more historical information, tour the Petrified Wood Park and Museum and the Grand River Museum, which displays artifacts and photos of life on the ranch, Native American history and more. At Shadehill Recreation Area, a beach and boat ramp gives you access to one of western South Dakota's largest lakes, Campgrounds and camping cabins let you spend extra time to appreciate the outdoors.
